1. Meet Up
In order to be your best friend’s new best friend, it’s important for our pet sitters to get to know you and your furry loved ones so that we clearly understand your pet’s needs and answer any questions and/or concerns.
The free in-home consultation can be completed by simply calling, emailing or filling out our contact form. A member from our Furry family will schedule a date and time that fits your schedule, then assign it to an available pet sitter/walker. This meeting normally takes approximately 30 minutes.
2. Create your Account
After the meet up, the next step is to register by creating your account. This is a very simple process which includes a Pet Profile, Client Agreement, and Urgent Veterinary Authorization.
3. Schedule your Service
The final step is scheduling your furry service(s). Schedule and confirm your first appointment by email: info@furrywalksandwash.com
Additional appointments can be set up by email, calling our office, or signing online to the Power Pet Sitter (PPS) system you registered at. Please do not attempt to set up a recurring schedule via PPS as the office has to do that. The PPS system requires a minimum of 48 hours notice from the client user end.
